House of Bossi presents The Zoo Story, a play by Edward Albee starring and adapted by Amy Ward and directed by Danielle Amero. Also starring Curtis Saulnier.
The event will take place at House of Bossi in Bel Air. The exact address will be sent to the email you provide when purchasing tickets. Please plan to arrive between 2:15 and 2:45pm to get settled and find a seat. The play will begin promptly at 3:00pm and guests will NOT be admitted past 2:50pm, forfeiting your tickets. Following the play, a talk-back from the cast will take place, moderated by Professor Cynthia Wang and drinks will be served.
About the play:
The Zoo Story is a one-act play by American playwright Edward Albee. It was written in 1958 and completed in just three weeks. The play explores themes of isolation, loneliness, miscommunication, social disparity and dehumanization in a materialistic world. It is considered an American classic and its themes remain poignantly relevant today.
